WorkmenZone helps you to manage attendance, tasking, notifications and other Human Resource related services on your phone -- it’s a single place to see a beautiful, useful, intelligent view of all the messages from mobile apps.

In order to provide this service we access, collect, and organize the following information:

1. The list of apps you use and related metadata.
2. Incoming notifications and related metadata.
3. Profile photos, email addresses, and names from your phone’s contact database.
4. IMEI Number

We use this information to provide the WorkmenZone service. A subset of this information is stored on WorkmenZone servers and can be removed upon request.

WorkmenZone is an Android service, which means that it’s running and collecting data from the moment it’s first started until it’s uninstalled from your device.

Notification Access

WorkmenZone functions by retrieving notifications from your system notification tray and re-organizing them in the WorkmenZone interface.

Our policy does not cover third party services.

Personal Information Security

We take reasonable steps to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss and misuse as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the "Last Updated" date above. After such changes have been published to our website, your continued use of WorkmenZone will constitute your acceptance of such revised policy.

Sharing your personally identifiable data with third parties

We will not disclose your personally identifiable data to third parties unless (1) you have given explicit consent to each such disclosure (for example, to a third party payment processor), (2) we are required to comply with a legal obligation (and in this case, we will provide you notice unless we’re prevented by law from doing so) or (3) if our business or /assets, or parts of them, are acquired by a third party. Third parties who receive your personally identifiable data will be bound by applicable data protection legislation and/or this privacy policy concerning the disclosed data.

Children

If you are under 18, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, you may only use WorkmenZone with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
