Workmen Induction Automation
The whole induction process is carried out digitally within a very limited time.
The workers are trained and introduced to the work-place through our smooth induction process.
For that the workers need to go through the steps listed below-
Enrolment form: The enrollment form is filled with accuracy by each and every new worker.
Skill test: Skill test is conducted by the trade approver.
Medical screening test: A medical screening is arranged by the company doctor and the medical staff
ESH: Safety training is organized by the ESH officer and ESH in charge after completion of Medical Test.
Final approval: Once successfully completed with all the above step, the worker is given approval for further processing.
ID generation: And finally smart ID card is generated and the worker is ready for the project.
